Over the past few weeks, the United Scientific Group and Cancer R&D-2020 committee members have been monitoring worldwide developments of coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
After careful consideration of the evolving concerns around COVID-19, and in alignment with the best practices laid out by the CDC, WHO and other relevant entities. Subsequently and with a view of prioritizing the health and safety of our attendees, we have had to make what we feel is the positive step of taking Cancer R&D 2020 fully virtual online on October 26-28, 2020.
What happens to your registration?
Your registration will be automatically transferred to the new platform.
The original program of the conference will be same as much as possible.
We understand that you will most likely be busy at work and with your family lives at this time, and we would like to assure you that there is no immediate urgency to contact us regarding your participation in the event.
Additionally, you will be allowed to provide meeting access to your team members.
What happens to your hotel accommodation?
The accommodation (if booked with us through the conference) will be refunded or transferred to October 25-27, 2021 which will be held in October in Baltimore, MD.
Benefits of Cancer R&D Virtual:
Participants registered before June 30, 2020 will be given a registration waiver for the next edition of Cancer R&D conference, scheduled on October 25-27, 2021 in Baltimore, MD.
Additionally, we will provide the access to all online meetings planned for 2020.

When will you receive your accommodation refund?
Currently, we are experiencing a significant financial setback due to cancellation fees levied by the hotels and loss in conference revenue.
Due to the high volume of cancellation requests, please allow us 90-120 days to process your refunds. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. It can then take up to 7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration.
If you paid by check/bank transfer/wire, please allow up to 120 days for a refund as we manage the large numbers of refunds (charges applicable if any)
